Our rooms
All rooms are located on the ground floor and accessible via staircase and elevator inside, or directly from the outdoor through a private entrance. To make the facility more functional and modular, the seats are made of comfortable chairs or with folding chairs.
Pasubio Room

Thanks to its large surface area, the Pasubio Room lends itself to various table and seating arrangements. Perfect for meetings, conferences or educational courses for up to 40 people.
Ortigara Room
Room size: 11 X 6 meters

- Horseshoe: 30 people
With over 60 square metres of surface area, the Ortigara Room is ideal for hosting up to 65 people for presentations, product launches and meetings of various kinds.
Melette Room
Room Dimensions: 9.5 x 5 meters

- Oval: 20 seats
The Melette Room is Hotel Gaarten’s smallest meeting room, but it can accommodate from 20 to 30 people depending on the layout. Suitable for business meetings, press conferences and private events.
Monte Grappa Room
Room size: 11 X 11 meters

- Desks: 35 seats
- Horseshoe: 30 people
By combining the Ortigara and Melette Rooms, you obtain the Monte Grappa Room, that with its auditorium layout can accommodate up to 80 people. The two rooms can however be kept separate, as needed, to create two rooms with 20 and 60 seats.
